Painting Your Art Out does not sell your personal information, and we never have. We do use analytics cookies to understand which pages people find useful. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, sharing data with an analytics provider can count as sharing even when no money changes hands, so you have the right to turn it off. Use the button below.

The button opens your cookie preference center, where you can switch off analytics, functional, and marketing cookies. Essential cookies stay on because the site cannot work without them. Your choice is stored in your browser, so if you clear your cookies or use a different device you will need to set it again.

What we collect and who sees it

We collect the contact details you type into a booking or contact form, and standard analytics data such as pages viewed, approximate location, browser, and referring site. Analytics data goes to Google Analytics. Booking and payment details go to Stripe so we can take a deposit. We do not hand your details to advertisers or data brokers.

Rights you can exercise

California residents can ask what we hold, ask for a copy, ask us to delete it, and opt out of sharing. Residents of the European Economic Area have equivalent rights under GDPR, plus the right to object to processing and to data portability. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of them.

How to make a request

Email info@paintingyourartout.com with the word Privacy in the subject line and tell us what you want us to do. We reply within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm a booking date or the email address you used, so we do not hand your records to the wrong person. An authorised agent can file on your behalf with written permission from you.
